In this project, an autonomous robot is developed for intelligent sorting applications. An upper body robot is adopted to recognize input goods. A PID controller is employed for position tracking control from SLAM data received. The system could automatically avoid obstacles for safety control. Simulation and real-time experiments show the success of the robotic system.
